Petelgo LTD (“Petelgo”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Below we describe what data we collect on algoryfy.com and in the Client panel, why we collect it and how long we keep it.

1. Who we are

Algoryfy is a brand of Petelgo Ltd.

Petelgo LTD (Company No. 16414098, Dept 1938a, 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London E14 9FP, United Kingdom) is the controller of the personal data processed through algoryfy.com, the Client panel and our services.

Contact for personal data matters: office@petelgo.com
Website: https://petelgo.com/

2. What data we collect

Contact form. Your Instagram account name, e-mail address and/or phone number, your quiz answers (e.g. account type, who you want to attract, how much time you spend on your account, number of followers at the time of your request), the text and version of the consent you gave, and the date of your request.

Client panel and payments. Your e-mail address and Client panel account details, and subscription, payment and invoice data. Optionally also your phone number - if you enter it in the panel yourself or give it to us to add. We use it only to contact you about the service; you can remove it in the panel at any time. Payments are handled by Stripe - you enter your card details directly on Stripe's page and they never reach us.

Connected social-media accounts. The data described in section 6. You connect your account yourself, without giving us your password - we store only the sign-in session needed to provide the service, which you can revoke at any time in the settings of the platform concerned.

Technical data. Our server keeps standard logs (including IP address, time and the address of the page visited), stored for a short time for security purposes. To protect the form and the quiz against abuse, we use a cryptographic hash of the IP address (not the address itself), which we delete after one hour.

3. Profile check in the quiz

In the quiz on the home page you may - voluntarily - enter your Instagram account name. Our server then retrieves the publicly visible data of that profile from Instagram (name, profile picture, number of followers, accounts followed and posts) and shows it in the quiz. You can skip this step.

We keep the retrieved data only in the server's memory: for up to 6 hours for a profile that was found and up to 10 minutes when no profile was found. We do not save it in a database and do not link it to you. Your account name and follower count are stored by us permanently only if you send the contact form yourself.

4. Website statistics

We count how often visitors use elements of the website (e.g. starting the quiz, going to the pricing section, clicking the buy button). We store only daily counters of these events - without IP addresses, without cookies and without any identifier that could link an event to a particular person. We keep the counters for up to 400 days.

We do not use any external analytics or advertising tools on the website (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and we do not use geolocation services.

5. How we use your data

We use personal data to respond to requests and enquiries, to present our offer (if you have consented to this), to provide the service and run the Client panel, to process payments and issue invoices, to prepare statistics and reports for clients, to keep the website secure and to improve our website and services.

6. Data from LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram

Where our services include activities on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram, we may process data made available to us in connection with managing the accounts and data received through these platforms' tools. Depending on the scope of cooperation and the permissions granted, this may include profile names and identifiers, profile information, account statistics, data about followers and audiences, reach and interactions, lead form submissions, and campaign performance and conversion data.

We process this data to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed services, analyse account growth and report results, solely for authorised business purposes and in accordance with the terms of the respective platforms and applicable law.

7. Assistant in the Client panel

The Client panel includes a chat with an automated assistant. The messages you type there are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Please do not enter passwords, card details or other sensitive data in the chat.

8. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (e.g. to be contacted with an offer), to conclude and perform a contract (the service, the Client panel, payments), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting), and on the basis of our legitimate interests (website security, protection against abuse, anonymous website statistics).

9. Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: server hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), payment processing (Stripe), e-mail and - for the assistant in the panel - OpenAI. We also share data with social networks to the extent necessary to provide the service on connected accounts. We do not sell personal data.

Some of these providers (e.g. Stripe, OpenAI) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we apply the safeguards required by applicable law, in particular standard contractual clauses.

10. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: data from requests - for as long as we are in conversation and until consent is withdrawn; client data - for the duration of the contract; and billing data - for the period required by tax and accounting regulations. Retention periods for technical data, the quiz and statistics are given in sections 2 - 4.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal). To exercise these rights, write to office@petelgo.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) - or with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

12. Cookies

The public part of algoryfy.com does not set any cookies and does not track visitors.

The Client panel uses only two cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: algo_sesja (keeps you signed in, for up to 7 days or until you sign out) and algo_csrf (protects forms against misuse, for up to 12 hours). They do not require consent and are not used for analytics or advertising. Stripe's payment pages may use their own cookies in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy.
