Terms of Service

Effective date: 21 September 2026 · last amended: 8 October 2026

Polska wersja →

These Terms govern the provision of the Algoryfy service by Petelgo Ltd. This is a translation of the Polish Terms (Regulamin); in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails for consumers habitually resident in Poland.

§1. Definitions

Provider - Petelgo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16414098, with its registered office at Dept 1938a, 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, E14 9FP, United Kingdom, e-mail: office@petelgo.com.

Algoryfy - the Provider's brand and service at https://algoryfy.com. Service - the paid carrying out of activities on the Client's existing profile on a chosen social network, as a subscription (monthly or yearly). Client - the party concluding the agreement; Consumer - a Client who is a natural person concluding an agreement not directly related to their business or professional activity. Client panel - https://algoryfy.com/panel. Payment provider - Stripe. Subscription - an agreement billed in monthly or yearly cycles, according to the option chosen at purchase (§5), one for each connected account.

§2. General provisions

Using the Service requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser, an active e-mail address and an existing Client account on the chosen social network. The Client uses the Service in accordance with the law, these Terms and the terms of the social networks; providing unlawful content is prohibited. Algoryfy is not part of Meta, Instagram, TikTok or any other platform, and is not endorsed by them.

§3. Scope of the Service

The Service consists of the Provider carrying out activities on the Client's existing profile to support its growth, without creating content on the Client's behalf. The Provider exercises due care but does not guarantee any specific results (e.g. a particular number of followers), as these depend on factors beyond the Provider's control, including the operation of the social networks. The Client connects their account themselves by signing in within the Client panel, without disclosing their password to the Provider; the Provider does not store the password or authentication codes - only the sign-in session needed to provide the Service is stored, and the Client may revoke it at any time in the settings of the social network concerned.

Social networks. The Service is provided on profiles on networks run by third parties (e.g. Instagram and Facebook - Meta Platforms, TikTok). The Provider has no influence over their operation and is not liable for events or decisions on their side, in particular a network ceasing to operate, being unavailable, changing its rules or features, restricting or blocking the Client's account, or the network operator otherwise preventing the Service from being provided. If for such reasons the provision of the Service becomes impossible or limited, fees paid for the current billing period - including a yearly fee paid in advance - are not refunded. Under the 12-month agreement paid monthly, if the provision of the Service becomes permanently impossible for reasons on the network operator's side, the Client may stop further payments without having to pay for the remaining months of the commitment.

Reports and statistics. The Provider prepares the Client's reports and statistics from data retrieved through the official Instagram application programming interface (API) provided by Meta Platforms, using the Provider's own application named Petelgo-IG. The data in the reports (e.g. number of followers, reach, views and interactions) comes directly from Instagram and matches exactly the values made available by that platform at the time of retrieval - it is not estimated, supplemented or generated by artificial-intelligence tools. The Provider uses this data solely to prepare reports and statistics for the Client and to provide the Service.

References and promotional materials. By concluding the agreement, the Client consents to the Provider naming the Client as an Algoryfy client and using the Client's name, logo, trademark and publicly available profile data (including the profile picture, account name and results achieved during the cooperation) in materials promoting the Service and the Algoryfy brand, in particular on the website, on social media, in presentations and in offers. The Provider presents the Client fairly and in a way that does not harm the Client's reputation. Where the profile is run by a natural person (personal brand), use of their image is limited to the profile picture and content publicly available on the profile. The Client may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to contact@algoryfy.com - the Provider will then remove the materials from the channels it manages within 14 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the provision of the Service or its price.

§4. Account and seats (packages)

The agreement is concluded when the Client purchases a subscription on the Algoryfy website and pays through the Payment provider. Once the first payment is settled, the Provider creates the Client panel account and sends a password-setting link (valid for 48 hours) to the e-mail address provided. The Service is offered in two packages - Comfort and Premium - and each connected social-media account requires one subscription (regardless of the package). The packages differ in the scope of the service and in price. The Client may buy further subscriptions to connect further accounts; each subscription has its own billing cycle counted from the date of purchase and its own invoice.

§5. Packages, price and payments

The price depends on the package and includes VAT at 23%: Comfort - 690 PLN gross per month (service for 1 connected account) and Premium - 5900 PLN gross per month (service for 1 connected account with an extended scope: an Instagram lead campaign, an audience map updated every month, a quarterly review of the account's direction, a monthly summary report, a higher pace and priority of activities, ongoing account monitoring, priority support and a process guarantee - if there is no growth within 90 days, the next month is free). Payment is collected in advance for each billing period, automatically by card, through the Payment provider. If a renewal payment fails, the Provider allows a 7-day period to settle the amount due; after that period, access to the subscription concerned is suspended until the payment is settled. The Provider does not store card details - they are processed only by the Payment provider.

Billing options. Each package can be purchased in one of three options, chosen before proceeding to payment: (a) monthly - the monthly price above, with no commitment; (b) yearly in advance - a one-off payment for 12 months: Comfort - 4590 PLN gross per year, Premium - 39 900 PLN gross per year; (c) 12-month agreement paid monthly - a reduced monthly price: Comfort - 550 PLN gross per month, Premium - 3990 PLN gross per month, charged every month for a commitment period of 12 months from the date of purchase. All prices include 23% VAT. These prices apply to subscriptions concluded from 30 September 2026; subscriptions concluded earlier are billed at the price applicable on the date of purchase.

§6. Invoices

An invoice is issued for each settled payment and is available in the Client panel and in the Payment provider's panel; a copy is sent to the Client's e-mail address. A Client who is a taxpayer may provide invoicing details (including a VAT number) in the payment settings.

§7. Term and cancellation

A monthly subscription renews automatically every month, and a yearly subscription every year, until cancelled. The Client may cancel at any time in the payment settings in the Client panel - the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period (month or year) and does not renew; the fee for a period that has started is not refunded, and the Client's other accounts continue to work. Under the 12-month agreement paid monthly, the Client commits to paying for the Service for the full 12 months: a cancellation made before the end of the commitment period takes effect at its end, and until that day payments are collected as scheduled; after 12 months, the subscription continues in monthly cycles with no commitment until cancelled. The Consumer's right of withdrawal (§8) is not affected. The Provider may terminate the agreement with notice for good cause, in particular in the event of a breach of these Terms or non-payment.

§8. Right of withdrawal (Consumer)

A Consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason, by sending a statement to the Provider's e-mail address. The Service is provided digitally and may start before the withdrawal period ends only with the Consumer's express consent. By consenting to the Service starting before the 14 days have passed, the Consumer acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, and that if they withdraw before full performance, they will pay for the services provided up to the moment of withdrawal. If the Consumer does not give such consent, the Service starts after the withdrawal period ends.

§9. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to the Provider's e-mail address, stating the Client's details and a description of the issue. The Provider examines a complaint within 14 days of receipt and informs the Client of the outcome electronically.

§10. Personal data

The Provider is the controller of the Client's personal data. The rules of processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

§11. Technical requirements

Using the Client panel requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and the cookies necessary for its operation enabled. The Provider makes every effort to keep the service running without interruption, while reserving the possibility of short technical breaks.

§12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§13. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these Terms for good cause, notifying Clients electronically in advance; an amendment does not affect rights acquired for a paid period. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law applicable at the Provider's registered office, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which the Consumer is habitually resident. These Terms apply from 30 September 2026. The provisions of §3 on reports and statistics and on references and promotional materials apply from 8 October 2026 to agreements concluded from that day, and to Clients with an ongoing subscription 14 days after they are notified of the change electronically.
